When you send us a booking request through the booking form on the Website, we receive the details you enter:

- Number of guests
- Arrival and departure dates
- Your yes/no answer to the question in the form
- Any comments you choose to write
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you give us in that message or call, such as your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your request.
1.2 Technical Information
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider (see section 3) automatically processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested, the time and date of the request, and the referring website. We do not use analytics or advertising tools and we do not build visitor profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To reply to your booking request or enquiry and to manage your booking (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract)
- To answer other enquiries you send us (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us)
- To deliver and secure the Website (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running a secure website)
- To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
We do not send newsletters or promotional emails. We will use your email address only to reply to you, unless you ask us for something else.
3. Sharing Your Information
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the following parties, to the extent needed:
- Web3Forms, the service that receives the booking form and forwards it by email to us. It acts as our processor and handles the form data only to deliver your message.
- Cloudflare, which provides hosting and content delivery for the Website. It processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the Website.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. The WhatsApp link on the Website opens WhatsApp, a third-party service with its own privacy policy.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it takes place under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

The fonts, scripts and images are hosted on the Website itself, and the 360° tours and the gallery are also self-hosted and set no cookies. The only exception is the Google Map on the Contact page: it is not loaded when you open the page, only after you click “Show map”. Once loaded, Google may set cookies and process your data (such as your IP address) under its own Privacy Policy.
